Energy Demand PhD studentships
Four year PhD programme in Energy Demand – UCL/Loughborough University – up to 15 fully funded studentships available for 2017/18.
The London-Loughborough EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Energy Demand (LoLo CDT) addresses the skills shortage in energy demand and buildings by training researchers in the sector to work in government, industry, NGOs and academia.
LoLo CDT graduates are expected to take senior roles throughout the economy. The Centre provide PhD training, including opportunities to work with leading researchers, placements with industry and a comprehensive skills and development programme.
Applicants are welcomed with good degrees from diverse backgrounds, reflecting the multidisciplinary research; previous experience of energy and buildings is not required.
LoLo CDT are offering up to 15 fully funded studentships for entry into the 2017/18 academic year. Closing date – 30 January 2017 (5PM GMT).
